Service of Process
The Secretary of State shall collect a fee of $25 each time process is served on him/her
under 79-4-1.01 et seq. or 79-11-101 et seq. The party to a proceeding
causing service of process is entitled to recover this fee as costs if she/he prevails in
the proceeding. |
