Lobbying

This unit of the Elections Division is responsible for the filing of all  documents related to lobbying in Mississippi. Documents filed in this division concern all registered lobbyists and lobbyists' clients. The lobbying unit oversees the requirements and responsibilities of lobbyists and their clients as defined by the "Lobbying Law Reform Act of 1994." This is located in §§5-8-1 through 5-8-23 Miss.
