The contract for the new Statewide Elections Management System (SEMS) project has been
executed. Saber Consulting with local partners Anderson Consulting, Data Systems
Management and Delta Computer Systems is the project team for the implementation of
this system. Project Kick-Off is scheduled for January 11th.
The Voting Machine procurement process is scheduled to begin in Spring 2005.
