Below are images of results of the Mississippi 2003 General Election.  Included are:  certified county-level results in all applicable races; and county statements of votes for Statewide Office by House of Representatives Districts, for use in calculating Electoral Votes.

County Recapitulation Sheets -- 2003 General Election

The Secretary of State's Office provided scan enabled Recapitulation Sheets to all 82 counties in Mississippi.  Recapitulation sheets are the tools used by counties to submit precinct level election results and county totals.  Those sheets, as received certified from the county, will be scanned and made available below.

County Electoral Vote Forms -- 2003 General Election

Electoral Votes are determined by totaling the votes for each candidate by House of Representatives District.  Some House Districts contain precincts in multiple counties, requiring the vote totals from each of those counties before the Electoral Vote can be awarded.  For an Adobe-format list of Mississippi House Districts and the counties (or parts of counties) they contain, click here.

As certified Electoral Vote Report Forms are received from the counties, they will be scanned and made available below.
