The division of Education and Publication publishes the 2008-2012 Official and Statistical Register (the Blue Book), as mandated in Miss. Code Ann., §39-5-15 (1972). NOTE: Blue Books are available in limited quantities and requests will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis until all copies have been distributed. Orders are limited to one per individual per address. When ordering, please allow three to four weeks for delivery.
