Pursuant to the 16th Section Reform Act effective July 1, 1978, school districts are required to file copies of 16th Section leases with the Secretary of State’s Office.  This database contains all leases filed through June 30, 2010.  Leases and changes filed after June 30, 2010, will be added by June 30, 2011.
